Product description

Power Maxed Plastic Bond Syringe is a high strength two part epoxy adhesive designed for tough bonding and repair applications. The dual syringe applicator dispenses the resin and hardener at the correct ratio for easy and accurate mixing. It creates a strong, load bearing bond rated at 4000 psi and is suitable for plastics, composites, metals and ceramics with minimal surface preparation. With a working time of 3 to 5 minutes and functional cure in just 5 to 10 minutes, it is ideal for fast automotive, marine, industrial and DIY repairs. The adhesive reaches full cure in 24 hours and provides a discreet light yellow finish.

How to use

Prepare the surfaces to be bonded and dispense the two components from the dual syringe. Mix the resin and hardener thoroughly and apply to the bonding surfaces within the 3 to 5 minute working time. Position the components as required and allow 5 to 10 minutes for a functional cure. Allow 24 hours for a full cure.
